Paris Ackrill

Director & Co-founder of Avalon Wellbeing Centre

“I truly believe in the process of freeing ourselves from shackles of the past and releasing burdens to gain inner alignment and peace. It’s less ‘what can spirituality do for me?’ and more about how can we live our lives in a way which spreads peace? How can we share what we have and be a force for good? The more we can access peace within, the more we are able to share it out in the world.”
