February 2017: Tickets are now available for “The Truth about The Menopause” on Wednesday 8 March, which marks the second in a series of #gracetalks, bringing honest and thought-provoking discussion around different aspects of health to Grace Belgravia.
In an age where women are overloaded with often-conflicting health information, this latest talk is curated by health and beauty journalist Suzanne Duckett, and features an expert panel. Journalist and author Christa D’Souza, TV presenter Mariella Frostrup and Michael Dooley, Fellow of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, will come together to discuss a subject so often hidden away and considered taboo.
“The Truth about the Menopause” promises to be an evening of unbiased advice, tips and lively discussion around a topic that affects all women. The acclaimed panel will be debating the issues and advising on various treatments to help women through what can be a difficult transition physically, emotionally and psychologically.
The talk runs from 6.45-8pm. The cost is £25 for members / £35 for non-members. If you wish to continue the conversation over dinner with the panellists, then a healthy menu is available to book in the restaurant.
“Top 10 health Non-Negotiables” was the first topic of the #gracetalks series launched in January and featured a fascinating panel including Dr Shideh Pouria, Environmental and Nutritional doctor and Grace practitioner; Dental Hypnotherapist Dr Kathrin Huzelmann and Dr Tim Evans a GP, integrated health practitioner and Grace Medical Director. Their top 10 focused on awareness, food, dental/heart health, detox, light, sleep, digital, medication and movement. To read a more detailed review of the conversation, click here.
