Next Series of Health-focused #GraceTalks announced at Grace Belgravia this November

Conversations around serious health topics will continue at Grace Belgravia next month with the new series of #GraceTalks running throughout November.
Launched earlier this year, #GraceTalks provide honest and thought-provoking discussion around important topics such as sleep, female health, anxiety and depression, cancer and nutrition with renowned medical professionals. Audiences can expect to be educated and inspired, with a chance to have their questions answered.
01 November 2017 – Demystifying Dreams with Dr Ivana Rosenzweig
Widely published Grace Consultant Neuropsychiatrist and Expert in Sleep Medicine, Dr Ivana Rosenzweig, returns to the panel with author and moderator Suzanne Duckett to discuss a key question from the previous #GraceTalks event on sleep: What are Dreams? In this talk, she will uncover the purpose of dreaming, its therapeutic value and what your dreams are trying to tell you. This event is ideal for those struggling from insomnia or simply interested in dreams and the sleep cycle.

08 November 2017 – Lifestyle and Cancer – Fact vs Fiction

29 November 2017 – Are Your Hormones Making You Fat
Hormone expert and Grace Practitioner, Dr Amalia Annaradnam, returns to the panel alongside Grace nutritionist Jackie McCusker, and moderator Suzanne Duckett to discuss the science behind weight loss and weight gain as women go through the menopause. This was a key question and concern that came out of their talk earlier this year.
The #GraceTalks start with a drinks reception at 6.30pm, with the talks running from 6.45-8pm. The price is £25 for members / £35 for non-members. Guests are invited  to continue the conversation over a healthy informal dinner in the Grace Restaurant with the panelists, with a menu starting from £35.
