Grace Belgravia announces new autumn treatments, talks and membership options to help you feel Healthier, Younger and Revitalised

Grace Belgravia, London’s leading health and wellbeing club for women, has announced a series of new autumn treatments, a series of inspiring, educational events and new membership options to get your health back on track after a summer of excess – and in time for the impending winter months.

People are no longer satisfied with a one size fits all approach to health and Grace Nutritionists now offer advanced testing to help clients tailor their lifestyle. DNA Fit provides an excellent insight into an individual’s unique relationship with different foods, lifestyles, toxins and the environment as well as their response to exercise, injury risk and recovery rates. Each of the genes tested can be influenced by diet and lifestyle which means Grace Medical practitioners and personal trainers are armed with the information needed to make informed and bespoke health recommendations. With the results at the ready, The Grace Gym will tailor fitness programmes while the restaurant delivers perfectly portioned meals. Tests are administered and the results analysed with a Grace practitioner. This service is available to both men and women, membership is not required to access Grace Medical Clinic.

The Spa continues to set the benchmark for results-driven skincare and spa programmes addressing everything from stress and anti-ageing to those simply wanting to achieve a radiant complexion. New this autumn, is the exclusive introduction of JK7® – the world’s most luxurious and natural skincare brand as well being the only spa in the UK to offer signature treatments from Capri Leg School® and the internationally acclaimed Margy’s Monte Carlo as well as access to sought-after therapists including Ziggie Bergman and Mikiko Hayano.

Also new is the introduction of Dr Rabia’s Peel Boutique with Grace’s cosmetic skin expert Dr Rabia Malik who has created the ultimate quick skin fix for women with busy lifestyles. The Peel Boutique comprises three twenty minute clean, non-toxic medical-grade peels, which use lactic acid to provide non-irritating rejuvenation to skin and effectively brighten, hydrate or reduce blemishes. Prices start from £75 for a Brightening Peel.  For those looking for an intensive peel, Dr Rabia also offers her signature Meso-Peel and Meso-Peel Lite, which combine medical grade micro-needling/derma roller with a customised peel solution. Prices start from £350 for non-members / £315 for members for a 60 minute Meso-Peel Lite.
